• Own the deployment pipeline for the Local Resource Server, which serves curriculum to student tablets in 39 schools in Tanzania over unreliable networks.
• Built custom Ubuntu Core images, a zero-touch USB installer (including a fully offline variant with curriculum pre-seeded), and browser-based device activation; trained the local team on-site at six schools, who then rolled out the rest.
• Built AI-powered weekly reporting across Python, NestJS, and React, turning classroom assessment data into teacher summaries, cross-class trends, and students needing attention. Added structured outputs, validation, retries, and editorial passes for reliable generation.
• Designed shared URL-based filtering architecture for Feedback Forward, replacing duplicated client state with shareable filters, browser-history navigation, and dependency-aware filter resets.
• Preserved school-specific roster customizations during Clever and Google synchronization by separating imported values from local edits.

• Doubled firmware polling frequency from 60 Hz to 120 Hz for a wearable ankle exoskeleton and built a Wi-Fi transmission path for real-time control data.

• Deterministic fixed-point simulation in Rust, panic-free by lint and built for rollback netcode so online co-op can be added without a rewrite.
• Custom wgpu renderer drawing into a Swift-owned Metal layer, with UniFFI bindings between the Rust core and the SwiftUI app.

• Rust backend (Tokio, Axum) owns the financial logic; a native SwiftUI iOS client owns the interface.
• Syncs bank transactions from Plaid atomically and keeps provider secrets off the phone via Tailscale.

• Run a four-node k3s cluster on repurposed servers, with all configuration in Git and deployed by Flux CD.
• Operate replicated storage with Longhorn and Ceph, Postgres, GPU workloads, and monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
